The face cover is made of natural buffalo leather, smooth and glossy; while the reverse side is in rough texture, natural and pristine. All the inner papers are in aged color, and bounded by a leather strip with the same timeless color as the cover. This is purposely designed for one of the biggest real estate developer in China, used as a manual of their luxury town houses.
